Deliberate (adj. & v.) डैलिबरेट 

Meaning :--

                    Done on purpose, carefully thought out and formed.

                 जानबूझकर, योजनानुसार , विचार- विमर्श करना 

Synonyms :--

                   Intentional, To discuss, Planned

Example :--

                  At first, I thought Priyanka must have spoken ill to Raushan Unintentionally, but later on, I came to know that she did that deliberately. 

                     Before makin any significant decision, there should be severe thinking and deliberation; only after that, the decision should be taken.

                 Pakistani prime minister admitted to deliberate tempering with terrorisms.

Examples :--
