Barrier ( n. ) बैरियर 

Meanings:--

                        An object that keeps people or things separate or prevents them moving from one place to                             another .

                         बाधा , रुकावट, अवरोध 

Synonyms :-- 

                             Obstacle , Hindrance , a long pole, fence, wall.

Examples :--

                           By applying this policy. they created a barrier against all intrusion.

                            If there were no international language, we wouldn't be able to communicate with other                                countries, because there would have been a language barrier among us .
